About me?
what can I say... I am fond of art and music. I studied fine art at SCAD and CofC. It took me years to graduate, sqeezing it between my social life and travels. But I am finally beginning to have a decent portfolio of work. And this is why I initially got into web design. I wanted a place to showcase my work. But now, I've found the similarities between painting and writing code astonishing. Both require a strict dicipline of execution that I find meditive. My brother Kris works with me producing audio and writing code. He is a classical pianist who records, produces and publishes his own music and that of others. I always say "that the older I get the more adults seem like children". My brother and I spent alot of time playing video games and we're still doing it as overgrown children but now it's interactive multimedia projects instead of solving Zelda in two nights. Web publishing is powerful and contagious. I first saw this when I began to do online home tours. I could easily garner six or seven hundred visits to a particular listing within a week with just a minimal amount of marketing. My father and uncle have spent their life in radio and they will be the first to testify of the effects of advertising mediums on consumers.
